Michelle Sterling is the Ophthalmic Technician, assisting Dr. Bainbridge and helping your appointments run as smoothly as possible. Previously, Michelle was an Account Manager and is excellent at multitasking and working with people. If you come see us before July, there’s a chance you won’t get to meet her yet, as she’s currently on maternity leave as she and her husband welcomed their third child on April 29, 2019.
Gretchen Flack is our Patient Care Coordinator. She has been with Bainbridge Eye Care Associates since October of 2016 and has a solid background in marketing and customer service. She recently moved to Claymont, Delaware, but she doesn’t mind the commute. This is by far her favorite job and the patients are worth the drive!
To help us out while Michelle is on maternity leave, Paige Espenshade is temping as the Ophthalmic Technician. Paige is a recent graduate of West Chester University, with a degree in Mathematics Education. We’re lucky to
have her while she looks for her first “real” job as a math teacher!
